Insight Day #1
Tartu
Sviby Insight
Sviby Insight brings together platform data, audience research and organisers' experience. We help you understand why people choose experiences, what they experience and what brings them back, so you can make your next decision better.

1
Real purchases, visits, channels, movement and repeat behaviour show how audiences actually behave.
2
Surveys and qualitative input help explain the motivations, expectations and experience behind the numbers.
3
Real work in the sector adds questions, context and knowledge that no dashboard can provide alone.
Growing knowledge of audiences in Estonia
Sviby Insight brings together over 50,000 responses from more than 400 events and over four years of audience behaviour data.
We connect audience feedback with ticket sales and behaviour data. We can see what people do, why they do it and what brings them back together.
This is not the final report from one study. It is a growing body of knowledge that informs decisions about programmes, marketing, pricing and visitor experience.

Cultural tourism
A concert, festival or exhibition can give people a reason to travel to another city and discover new places there. Sviby Insight explores where audiences come from, how far they travel for an experience and how events bring new visitors to a region.
Knowledge needs to move
We bring audience data, research findings and organisers' experience to the same table. Together, we look for answers you can use to develop your programme, marketing and visitor experience.
Insight Day has reached Tartu, Tallinn and Pärnu. Across three rounds, six meetings have brought people together to share what we have learned and discuss what it means in organisers' everyday work.

We don't just want to know that a number rose or fell. We want to understand what it means for an organiser.
Should next year's presale start earlier? Should loyal and first-time visitors hear different messages? Does one channel bring attention while another brings purchases? How much of the audience comes from outside the region? Which experiences make people return?
Insight becomes valuable when we can answer these questions with more than gut feeling.
2025 · TWO FIRST PRIZES
Sviby won first prizes in both Data Use: Qualitative and Innovation in Marketing at the Tulimust 2025 marketing effectiveness competition. The recognition centres on our approach: connecting real behaviour with people's motivations and emotions, and turning it into better marketing decisions for organisers.
